HI I had a fall yesterday and cut my legrandad as well as twisting my ankle now my skin under my cut is swollen and my whole leg hurts

You might have ligament sprain..
Visit orthopedic surgeon for clinical evaluation and further management .
Get x-rays done to rule out fracture.
Apply ice packs locally.
Do not walk on injured limb.
