Taken dolo 650 this morning later noticed that got expired by two months. I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant. Is that something i need to worry or any actions need to be taken? Please guide me i'm more worried

Don’t worry, if you don’t have any symptoms
Next time before taking medicine check expiry date
Take plenty of fluids and take rest
Expired medicine do not have any major action, they loose their power
