Firstly stop telling us your test results and diagnosis and grading. Leave that to us and tell us your symptoms. You dont need a fundoplication for the H.Pylori and even if you get it done it wont help. You need a breath test or even better is a biposy after an endoscopy to culture and test for sensitivity. If you have burning pain in your upper tummy or chest pain or water brash then the Fundoplication will be of use for GERD, which an sure you know what it is since you are grading yourself already. You will land up with plenty more problems if you self diagnose and self medicate and develop resitance to a ton of other antibiotics if you use them indefinitely over the counter. Avoid alcohol, spicy food, smoking and take some probiotics atleast.
