Gynecosmatia or chest fat
I have got chest that appears like breasts sometimes. And it is really embaracing. But what I exactly don't know is it is really gynecomastia or simply breast fat. And also I would lkke to know if there's a way to get rid of it without surgery. Also when I was doing exercises it was in control but not now again its gainjng shape.

Yes it look like gynaecomastia
It occurs due to certain hormones imbalances
Some times it is due excess adipose tissue mean fat also will give the same resemblance
Don't worry reduce weight
Check your prolactin and testosterone values
