Dear Sir, good evening. Kindly don't go for any kind of surgery for gynaecomastia or any other invasive techniques which will spoil your life. This surgical condition called gynaecomastia will go away gradually but all you have be patient. I strongly advise you to not going for this surgery. It also depends upon the severity of the condition. These all are hormonal imbalance. Kindly first see an Endocrinologist in a tertiary care hospital. Things should be done step by step.
