I am having enlarged chest / male breast kind of issue. This is there from Childhood, I tried all possible ways to reduce it by doing gym, swimming and other physical exercise. But still it's not completely reduced. So I am looking for surgery as final option. I am 32yrs, physically fit and active. 6"2 ft tall and weight 98kilo

I hope you have researched enough before opting for surgery. Gynecomastia / Male breast can be birth related, hormonal imbalace or pathological growth. A picture would be helpful. we need to diagnose the root cause treat the same. as for correcting, depending on the size there are also no surgical options like ulthera therapy , fat reduction . for larger ones, surgery is option.
