Male tender breast lump
Iam a 24 years old male patient. My complaint is that i have a breast lump in my right breast lower outer quadrant.i noticed it 3 days back following pain. I also noticed surrounding redness.i have poor beard growth and chest hair so i suspect that it could be gynacomastia. Can gynaecomastia be red tender and painful.i also suspect myself of having klineglfelters though i dont consider my genitals to be of small size. Iam myself an mbbs student and iam worried that the lump could be a carcinoma

Hello there..... Definitely its not gynecomastia, as it doesnt present as a lump. If there is redness then it must be inflamed. Klinefelters can be diagnosed only on karyotyping. The lump has to be biopsied for anymore clarifications. Please get it done sooner.
