Gynecological problem
I underwent Proctocolectomy with Ileal Pouch Anal Anastomosis in Nov 2019..Since then while passing stools  I'm having dropping sensation in vagina(vagina feels heavy)... While passing stools I have to put finger in vagina(portion from where urine comes out and also around the solid part present inside vagina)for the stool to come out completely..X-ray defecography suggests low anterior bulge(Rectocele)but MRI Suggests Cystocele..Kindly tell me whether gynecologists can examine and confirm whether it's Cystocele or Rectocele..What are the treatment options for the same? Kindly reply..
