Evacuation problem
I've underwent Proctocolectomy+Ileal pouch anal anastomosis in Nov 2019,Ileostomy closure in Jan 2020..Since then while passing stools I am getting a feeling that stool is getting stuck(somewhere in vagina)I'm also having heaviness in lower abdomen..After 15-20mins of coming out of washroom I'm again getting a urge to pass stool..Stools are liquid only..My surgeon told me that my rectum)pouch in my case)is bulging and putting a pressure on back wall of vagina which is why I'm facing problem of incomplete defecation...He advised me to press my vagina and pass stool..Kindly explain me how should I do that because I couldn't understand fully..Also tell me whether it is ok to do this everyday or not...Please answer
