I have undergone d and c with mirena as my periods were too much heavy but mirena didn't suit as I was having excessive pain and doctor removed the same but now i got my first period after d and c and now it's too heavy. What shall I do? I have bulky uterus, adenomyosis and multiple fibroids. What shall I do?
