I started gym in my college time but in my gym there was no good instructor. Instructor only used to sit there to pass the time n guys around him continue doing exercises in wrong form but he never told them. I was confused with my form. Later I saw in gym mirror that my body parts like chest, legs, shoulders, biceps, triceps. They r not in proportion from right to left. Later on I left the gym and I started yoga(pranayama) and I am continuing. Please give me some tips regarding that I have so bad experience with gym. I think my body can't be better. But with yoga I am happy. And on my face there is glow

Hi, If you want to build your muscles, yoga can't help you. only through proper strength training, you can achieve that. I suggest you, take a personal trainer (well Reputed gym) for 1 month and learn all the strengthening exercise in Proper way then you can continue your own self.
Next Steps
3 days/week for the gym( to sculpt your body)  and 3 days/ week for yoga (for flexibility of muscles and mental health)
