Gym and height myth
Dear doctor, I am a 19 year old boy. I started gymming at 15 regularly for 4 months and I got the perfect results but after then I stopped working out due to some reasons. But after that my height didnt grew much as it was earlier.As of now I am very much concerned about my height growth and at the same time I am very passionate about going back to join the gym to see myself getting transformed. My current height is 5ft 7inch my genetics have almost 6feet height.. what shall I do ? Help me out please with some feasible solution.. Your kindness.

Hello there I can understand your concern I don't believe in the myth that joining the gym reduces your height because as i said it's a myth and not a fact.you are still 19 and can expect height growth till the age of 22.for evaluation of other causes get it checked out by a endocrinologist in person for further evaluation and management.
