I am a pre-diabetic and have current HBA1C as 6.8
I had 2 miscarriages. Doctor has prescribed me Glycomet SR 500 - 2 times/day
Is it good to take glycomet SR or insulin is preferred? Does it have any effects on pregnancy?

Its good to have sugar control and normal level of HbA1c before conceiving
Insulin should be last option if the medications fail to control your sugar levels
I would suggest to use glycomet and follow up with your physician with blood reports
