Based on the symptoms you have mentioned, it appears that an imbalance in all three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) might be contributing to your concerns. A holistic approach combining Panchakarma therapy, Ayurvedic medicines, and lifestyle modifications can help restore balance. Here’s a suggested plan: 1.Panchakarma Therapy •Vamana: Detox to balance Kapha (optional, based on individual assessment). •Virechana: Effective for cleansing Pitta dosha, addressing issues like heartburn and skin/hair health. •Shirodhara: To alleviate depression, fear, and improve sleep quality. •Basti: To regulate Vata dosha and address constipation and digestion issues. 2.Ayurvedic Medicines •For Depression & Fear: Manasmitra Vatakam or Ashwagandha Churna (as per prescription). •For Heartburn: Avipattikar Churna or Kamdhudha Ras (under guidance). •For Constipation: Triphala Churna at bedtime with warm water. •For Sleep: Tagara or Brahmi Vati to calm the mind and promote restful sleep. •For Hair Loss & Greying: Bhringraj Taila (for scalp massage) and Amla Rasayana. 3.Dietary Advice •Include cooling and nourishing foods like ghee, milk, and fruits (papaya, pomegranate). •Avoid spicy, oily, and processed foods to pacify Pitta. •Follow a light, easily digestible diet. 4.Lifestyle Suggestions •Practice yoga (focus on Pranayama) and meditation daily. •Set a routine for meals, sleep, and physical activity.
