Hi doctor, I have taken many antibiotics and pain killer because of recurrent viral infection and diarrhea Now I am having bad gut health please suggest me tonic to cure gut linning

For next time onwards don't take antibiotics without a valid prescription. Excessive use of antibiotics will not only leads to antibiotic resistance but also poor gut health and diarrhea. For this problem this is due to antibiotics which you used. So for this problem take sporolac tablet twice a day. Avoid taking meat and spicy products.

Firstly we did not suggest antibiotic in viral infection.only symptomatic treatment is needed..... Next time keep in mind 2nd for gut health eating on probiotics will not help... Need good hydration... If any symptoms are present right now.. Please consult me here...
