Hi! Good day to you!
Gum bleeding can be due to dirt accumulation on your teeth (tartar deposits) for an long time due to improper oral hygiene practice. This could be the reason for your bad breath also. Apart from teeth brushing, your tongue should also be cleaned with the brush/tongue cleaner which prevents bad breath.
Bleeding gums due to deposits on teeth can be treated with a simple scaling/teeth cleaning procedure. Get your teeth examined by your dentist and he'll suggest you the most appropriate treatment.
Cheers!

Gums usually bleed if calculus( a hard mass builds over teeth over a period of time due to inadequate brushing and oral hygiene) gets deposited. you may visit a dentist to get your teeth cleaned, if that's the problem. good luck.
