I have severe pain on the gum above my front tooth. Only the gum above the front upper tooth.

Visit a dentist .Only after checkup proper diagnosis can be raised.as you haven't mentioned any discharge or swelling or any cavity or any recent injury or fracture regarding that particular tooth .So make a visit to a dentist soon .For pain relief take otc painkiller
