You are in perimenopause phase...so you can have irregular periods......but I see that you are also on thyroid medications.....so get your TSH checked once.....plus i would like to know about a few details from you regarding your marital life ..use of contraception..... As per your age( perimenopausal ) , menstrual disturbances common in your age group On and off they occur and gradually they stop at one point Please consult if your bleeding is heavy and in your age group it is necessary to undergo routine gynaecological evaluation to rule out other conditions.
