My last LMP is 11-10-2022 and I am 37weeks 2day pregnant today. I had my growth scan yesterday and the report is hereby attached.
Is my report ok?
Please tell me what is optimum fetal movement with flexion/extension . Is it means that baby head is engaging?

It is at a suboptimal level.
So far your baby has been doing well but now placetal insufficiency is setting in.
I suggest you have an NST and that will substantiate further when you should have a Caesarean.
