Growling Stomach
Whenever i sit in morning for my studies on chair my stomach start making sounds in intervals which are hearable and continuously occurs. And when i eat something the sound became less hearable and again starting forming after 2 hours because of this i need to eat in every 2 hours and also feels embracing when my stomach growls in the classroom. Because of this i am unable to focus on my studies

Dont worry.its normal.adding a little fat to the diet will reduce this.however,do not overdo it as too much fat is not good for health.nuts are a good option to add
