I have 28 teeth in which 3bridge r present, so I am disqualified from police medical exam , I want to grow up 3rd molar so that my teeth become 32,

I don't know why they have disqualified you for dental bridge/missing natural teeth . It's weird reason. You can take legal opinion for that.

No such possibility of implanting tooth from one person to other is there. Only implants are possible if in case they are accepted as per your job rules.
