Groin strain
I got a groin strain while playing football nearly 2 months back and have shown various doctors. There is not any pain as such doing normal activities but while pressing my legs together, there is a sharp pang in my groin area of the left leg. I have taken painkillers as prescribed and done some stretching exercises but the pain hasn't reduced much

Stretching needs to be done but there's a order in which you work with the muscle Just stretching and stretching wouldn't help it would just strain it more Consult directly to get details and exercise program
