I have been working out hard specially running on treadmill. Last 1 month I am facing inflammatory pain internally in the groin specially while walking or running. What can the problem be?

Hello.. It might be muscular pain due to straining of muscles..you need to gradually increase your workouts and not start immediate strenuous workouts...slow down on the time you give to treadmill....gradually increase the time...am sure you will be relieved of the pain
