Hello my beard hair is turning grey please advise me best treatment its in initial stages thank you.

Grey hairs are sign of premature ageing. The causes of premature ageing are malnutrition, excessive exertion, lack of sleep, bad habits such as smoking etc. So first priority to avoid the cause.Ageing can not be reversed , it can only be delayed.
