My son is 4 years old and recently I have noticed that he has 1 or 2 grey hairs on his head. Noticed 1 strand about 2 weeks ago and a new one today. He is otherwise healthy. He has all types of food including eggs(majorly whites), meat, vegetables, fruits, pulses etc.
Is this due to some deficiency, should I be concerned?

Hi
1-2 grey hair are not a sign of deficiency, rather just solitary hair strand mutation.
Generalised brownish discoloration is a marker of deficiency.
Next Steps
keep up the balanced diet you are already giving
Health Tips
you should give whole egg to your child rather than just whites
