Green tea during feeding baby
Hi.my son is 5 month old and he is depended on my feeding but i want loss my weight.can i drink green tea and which food increase milk and as well as loss my weight.

Hi, Yes you can take green tea but not too much twice in a day you can take. Add green vegetables, Salad, sprouts, and plenty of fluids  in your diet for weight loss. One or two cups of green tea is ok if you have already consumed it prior for weight loss,foods  that can increase milk are ghee,fenugreek, and few other non vegetarian foods.

Yu can take green tea 1 or 2 cup.you focus on feeding.yu take skimmed milk,leafy veg, dry fruits  and Drink plenty of water. Yur feeding will help you in weight loss.
