Green runny poop with mild fever
My baby girl is 6 month old. From 2 days she is poop green in color, runny in texture 3 to 5 times a day. She also have mild temperature. Crying without any cause. Feeling irritated.

Green colour poop is normal .. use pcm drop (100mg/1ml) 0.4 ml

Paracetamol if temp above 100F in armpit.
Colicaid drops for irritation.
May be due to teething.
Give cold Steel spoon to chew.
3 green motions, don't require anyother medicine.
Encourage more feeds.
Danger signs:
Not taking liquids, irritable or lethargic, decreased urine frequency
