My baby is 8 and half months old, Yesterday he didnt poop for a whole day ,he had ragi porridge on yesterday morning today morning he pooped black and hard poop,he is on formula milk .His birth weight 3.6 kg current weight : 11 kg . Is there any concern i am very much worried.Attached the pic with

Sometimes ragi can cause black discolouration. However if it persists or baby is vomiting, please consult physically. Weight gain is good.
