Granular Pharyngitis
This condition is since 40 days now. I tried all medicinal courses which includes the antibiotics (Azy, Aug) , Antacids for the acid reflux , took Allegra M to treat any allergic reaction causing the Post nasal drip. Salt water gargle , betadine gargle and steam inhalation was done too. My problem is the granulation is not decreasing at all. Its still the same as it was on day one. Im worried about the granulation actually. Tell me what can I do to reduce the granulation and make it normal like before. Please prescribe me any medicines with their name to reduce the granulation. Thankyou! Attaching the picture of the granulation.

What are your symptoms apart from post nasal drip? Do you have running nose, sneezing, blocked/congested nose, cough, facial pain or heaviness? Do you have burning sensation in throat or chest, burping, bitter taste in the mouth? Do you snore or sleep with your mouth open? Do you have other health issues for which you are on medication? Do you smoke? Did you take all the above medications continuously, or with breaks?
