Grandmother in the ICCU
My grandmother is diagnosed with high blood pressure and has been admitted in the hospital since three days now... The doctor's here have requested me to pay for scans that will eventually determine whether her kidneys are alright or not. Hence I have attached a pic of the scanned results to this msg itself ... Dose the results state that she needs an operation? Or is this condition treatable without an operation? As I need a second opinion as there high cost involved. Could someone help me out with a second opinion?

Right kidney is swollen , the cause is not known. Hence CT scan would have been advised.... Without knowing the cause , I cannot comment whether surgery is required or not...
