Hi my self abhishek and my grand father name Doddaveerachar he is suffering from paralysis from last 5 years onwards now his helath condition is very bad condition and due to this covid circumstances we are not able to take hospital also he alresdy beded so we need certificate that regarding helath condition.

Any doctor giving a Medical Certificate will first have to ensure that your grandfather is alive. That is possible only if a doctor sees your grandfather personally.
