Which Autograft should be used for acl surgery.
Hamstring graft or pattela graft???
I am 19 year old athlete and wish to continue heavy sports after surgery.

Both can be used..but rehabilitation with Patella takes a little longer as compared to hamstring.. I have done both grafts and all my patients have gone back to active sports.
