Gradual Rising Trend Of Urine ACR
My Urine ACR on 4/4/2025 was 2.84 mg/g
On 18/5/2025 it was 5.77 mg/g
On 23/06/2025 it came 14.69 mg/g
Serum creatinine,blood urea,potassium & usg were all normal on 4/4/2025
BP is 140/90,HbA1c is 6
What might be the cause of such gradual rising trend of Urine ACR level ?
Need to know whether it is fully reversible at this stage or not...

1) Rise in ur urine ACR can be a transient event- can occur in strenous exercise, fever, high protein diet, dehydration.
