4 months rigiours running  after stop running 2 months later left leg pain started went to orthopedic in Karimnagar hospitals and also go to October2017 Appolo filmnager Prabhat sir ,1 St  said stemcell but muscle week and i quadriceps do very well and when I up&down  the stairs weight on leg leg , right Mri grd 2 posterior meniscus tear &Dr guruva rdy seen & said do quadriceps ,again take Mri right leg on Feb 14 2018 Grd 1-2 Acl tear and grd 2 posterior horn medial meniscus tear,pain on joint and foot below,walkig style is changed due to fear &knee sometimes forward front both legs ,when I stand up the chair , difficult with help of hands , sometimes hand joint fire pain started due strees on hands may be1.Arogyasri is  in applo secbad hosptl applicable to Acl reconstruction surgery and Menisctomy or not2.both legs at a time doing surgery or not ,when I go to hospital then right leg tear how?3. tabs Theal 7 days ,tendowel 2 mnths,tendorex 2 months ,vitamin d3 once a weak&nerogold 3mts

If you have pain and instability then it is better to go for surgery. There is no point repeating MRI scans.

Based on your MRI Report Left Knee have minimal effusion and Gr 1 ACL on 14/3/2018. There is no need of surgery for at this time.
Next Steps
1. Need to Take Rest and keep your leg elevated to reduce the swelling. 2. Wear Knee Cap to prevent unwanted movements 3. Do the Quadriceps exercise for both legs 4. Started Gr 1 ACL Exercise as Physiotherapist advise.

There is no need for surgery since it is grade 1 tear with mild effusion follow a sport Physio who will guide you n all aspect nothing to worry relax urself and forget the fear within you it is just a mild issue bagunava yemi paraledu Anni mansigathunni
