Grade 2pcl tear
Hello doctor , I have grade 2pcl tear and grade 3 meniscus tear , after 2months rest and physiotherapy I lost pain in knee ,but while walking I am unable to walk freely like before , i am unable to fold my leg like before,my query is ,is my grade 2pcl is recovered ?. grade 3 meniscus tear healed or need surgery ,I am sending my MRI report pls go through attachment please suggest me ,thanq in advance

Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

In my opinion if you have got relief from physiotherapy now u need to concentrate more on strength based exercise...if you will be able to get the strength in and around your knee muscles then it will take care of your torn ligaments... so concentrate on your exs now and also take LASER and ultrasonic therapy for few more days along with exs..get well soon take care

After getting physiotherapy your saying that, your problem is reduced maximum! So now you can go for Laser therapy for 10 days and counties knee joint strengthening exercise for months together,it will give additional support to your knee. In this  present condition no need for surgery.
Next Steps
Maintain the joint through strengthening exercises.
