I am 35 yr old, I have chest pain from past few months , cardiologist did all test and said all normal , but I see grade 1 lv dysfunction in echo report . Do I need to consult any other doctor again

Not required. Grade I Diastolic dysfunction is not a problem. Regular exercise and well balanced diet will suffice.
