Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Echo shows grade 1 diastolic dysfunction...other parameters are normal...doc prescribed dytor plus...what does it mean and is it serious? Should I take the medicine?ECG is normal, angiography is normal...slight pain in chest sometimes and hands and upper back...nt probnp was 700 on 14 sep ..m anxious all the time about my health...BP is always 110/80, 110/70 or 100/60...
