Got water in ear and now its paining lot
While taking shower, by mistake some drops of water got into my right ear and now its paining a lot. While eating, drinking and talking, it feels like my right jaw is held up. And while sleeping the right ear echos like anything

There is a probability of fungal infection in your ear .. should rule out other pathology also like wax or bacterial infection.better to visit an ENT specialist.
