Got jerk from appliance
While using mixer grinder , I was holding the grinder from right hand and while holding got a sudden jerk from machine. And from then I have got a slight pain in my right neck and head. What to do ?

Rest is enough. If pain is persistent, you may take tablet aceclofenac100mg, 1 tab after food. You may repeat it after6-8 hours for pain
