Hi, I am workin in night shift frm past 5yrs timed 6pm to 3am. I hav to reduce weight and follow right food timings. im not sure which is the right time to go to gym and timings hav my meals. Please advice. Sometimes i slp for more than 10hrs and sometimes only 3 to 5 hrs. Im not able to set a routine. Please help.

The timings for exercises vary from person to person. You should do exercises when you are stress free....... After coming home you can sleep for 6-7 hrs. After taking one fruit... You can do your exercises. Half an hour post exercises you can take light breakfast or milk or eggs. Three to four hours later you can take lunch. In evening again green tea or milk..... Before leaving for office can take few dry fruits and a fruit. Dinner at office according to your dinner time.
