Gond laddu
Hi Is there any replacement of gond laddus after pregnancy? Or is it mandate to have for new mothers? Any disadvantage of not having them?? As there is old custom for new mothers to have gond laddu but what if one doesn't want to have it? Will it hamper health in future? Note : I am already taking healthy diet ( Eggs, milk, chicken, mutton, green veggies, dryfruits, ghee etc)

There is no scientific basis for having Gond Laddu. But your mother in law will not be happy if you don't take Gond Laddu.
