Gluteal Absecess Surgery
Gluteal Absecess surgery has been done in last week of June 2020 many antibiotics is taken from last 2 months but still wound is not getting repair instead its going deep gluteal absecess wpund was formed due to injectiom of kenacord and amicasen plzz help me to provide a good ounment and medicine for fasr healing as its already been 8 weeks and above i am taking megaheal oinmemt regularly 2 times a day but still no improvent

If there's slough / necrotic tissue you may need Debridement/ cutting of that dead tissue. You need to consult a surgeon nearby, let him examine the wound for further advise. If possible do a culture and sensitivity of the pus or fluid.

Are you a diabetic? Or have been using medications for chronic ailments like TB? Consider visiting a surgeon for wound assesment. Check your vitals daily - look out for fever 1. If there is dead tissue , there might be a chance to take it out by surgery (debridement) 2. Consider VAC theraphy/ NPWT to get better results
