Glucose tolerance test and calcium

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Currently 20 weeks pregnant. Fasting 83 and glucose level after 2hrs of taking 75gm glucond is 137. Is the level ok or need medicine? Also, my doctor suggested supracal twice a day. Is calcium needed twice or once a day is enough? This is second pregnancy. Had my last c-section on July 2021. I have doctor's appointment next month.
