Glucose test
Hello i am 21 weeks pregnant and my doctor has advised me to go for a glucose test after having 75 gms of glucon d and after 2 hrs of having to do one sugar pp test. I am worried that if i will have so much of glucose then it might happen that my sugar will come high in the reports hence am little scared going for the test and my doctor did not even explain me that y should i go for this test. Kindly help me know if everything is alright with me and my baby.

Hello dear glucose challenge test predict about developing sugars only in pregnancy...ur body can withstand 75gm of glucose and test should be normal..it has become routine to do in pregnancy.....if at all sugars are high then also u can get proper treatment n deliver a healthy child be positive...go for it
