Glucose challenge test

Hello Doctor I am 6 months pregnant. Done Glucose challenge test with 75gms 2 hour test. Fasting range shown up 70 and after 2 hours it shows 143. Normal range 80-140. Do I need to worry what I have to do..

The ideal time to do OGTT is between 24-28 weeks of gestation..your current level s are normal
