Glucose 173 mg/ dl in 24 week pregnancy
Hi I am 24 weeks  pregnant, 5'2" and 87.7 kg weight. I have chronic hypertension and glucose level is 173 mg/ dl. What fruits and vegetables I can take to control my glucose? As I am getting little piles issue as well. Kindly advice. Report attached

U need fasting, Post prandial and hba1c level to start treatment. Your sugars are high. U need daily exercises and diabetic diet. Consultation required

U can take apple, guava, ornage, papaya , water melon Avoid cheeku, banana, grapes
