I have been having neck pain since 4 months due to elongated work from home and on the same side of the neck pain, I feel muscle tightness inside throat. Can neck pain or cervical on right side cause muscle tightness in throat and lump like feeling

Neck pains are notorious to radiate. But causing pain in throat is not uncommon . If you have difficulty swallowing then it is wise to get checked out by MRI to asess cervicogenic spondylitis and dysphagia.
