OCT both eyes shows thinning of RNFL which maybe a sign of nerve damage but it’s just one aspect of diagnosis
Seeing the nerve clinically, IOP, Family history etc help to get a final diagnosis
Next step would be to meet a ophthalmologist and get a complete clinical examination
You need proper glaucoma work up in clinic.
Apart from OCT there are few more investigations that need to be done to arrive at a diagnosis and then start treatment.
Check your BP and blood sugar level as well.
