This means your optic nerve is susceptible to changes in intraocular pressure (most commonly) which could lead to glaucoma (kala mautiya) in future which is a sight threatening disease. Please follow up with glaucoma specialist

Hi Normal CD ratio is o.3:1 Anything more than this is suspect of glaucoma which means raised intra ocular pressure or some times it could be physiological.We need to evaluate and follow up for the same.Can consult for further assistance
