Glaucoma at Normal IOP
Dear Sir, my IOP was 18/16 and I got diagnosed with glaucoma at 41 years of age. My mother got glaucoma at the age 67. My left eye cleared all the test but it's pupil also big 0.7. So my doctor started IOTIM for left eye and genfort for right glaucoma eye. Since then my eyes remain very tired. I have to close them very often to rest. Also, I have headache when I see mobile screen. It all hapenened all of a sudden. What could be the cause of this.

Seek a consultation with a glaucoma specialist, you need to check your visual fields - raised IOP IS often misunderstood as a reason to start glaucoma medications , and often isnt sufficient for that. Eye fatigue and symptoms can also be a side effect of ANti glaucoma medications. Best to choose what suits you
